This paper first briefly analyse the differences of the host's project management methods in domestic and abroad now .than presented that the owners should do a few aspects of the project management in doing project management and Should be read in conjunction with the real situation in the country. The article expatiate the project owners should do the four aspects of the work in the project management with substantial length words . First from the theory side, it analysis that the host's of the project is how to manager project by making project plan, controling project progress, project quality and project cost. And stresses the need to establish a mechanism for communication of information so as to better doing project management. The article describe this mechanism for communication of information with a Network chart .The member of this mechanism for communication of information are composition with the host's of the project , Project management group, Contractor, Management Engineer, Design institute,some Government departments.The article focus on the four important points of doing project management : Making project plan, Project progress control , Project quality control , project cost control . Making project plan is the first step of project implementation. The host's project plan should be include the project entire process. It should carry on the project with total plans, center plans, slightly plans by making Gantt chart, Network chart or WBS-PBS matrix table. In controlled project process, we should adopt adjustment measure, according to actual progress and plan progress deviation. Then making the new progress plan, and Carrying on the control by the new progress plan, for the project the progress are controlled in under the project plan. Project quality control, we should hold the influence project quality the primary factor and establish quality control plan, quality control procedure of main quality control point by according to designs the request. The project cost is the important target that it weighs a project management level. The project cost control should grasp the key aspect of the influence project cost, and put project cost control into project implementation entire process.This paper use the massive actual data of the transformation engineering project of Suzhou Changzheng pharmaceutical manufacturing plant of Jiangsu wuzhong company group, and analysis the use of the four PM points in the project implementation process .
