Now LPS occupies 35% market share all over the world for SOT-23 products, and the cost is the lowest one among this industry, with world-class quality level.In this thesis, the application of TPM in LPS is introduced, including the application procedure, effectiveness analysis, and opportunities for improvement. It consists of 3 main parts. The first part, TPM knowledge, its history, definition, 8 pillars and effectiveness evaluation approaches. The second part, after introduced the company of LPS, the feasibility, the overall plan of TPM implementation was introduce. Then the deployment of TPM 5 pillars in LPS, including Continues Improvement, Office TPM, Training & Education, and Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance was introduced in details.
