with the bringing forward of Tibet economic and social development strategic objective in new situation, Tibet enterprises must make great efforts to improve management level, increase profit level, bear more and more important social obligation. Because of their short histories; there are many problems in daily operation for Tibet enterprises, these problems focus on human resource management (HRM).HRM plays an important role in modern business administration. From size and competition strength, most Tibet enterprises belong to small and medium-sized businesses. There are many problems in HRM practice for Tibet enterprises, such as the guide of management theories, the human resource strategy, the construction and steady of staff, competition formation and improvement, etc. HRM should be one of weakest and most potential core content for Tibet small and medium-sized businesses. There are important theoretical and practical meanings to research on Tibet small and medium-sized businesses HRM.This paper includes 5 chapters; it discusses some problems in Tibet small and medium-sized businesses HRM practice. First is some basic work such as foreword, HRM status quo analysis and environment analysis; and then under small and medium-sized businesses system design, literature review and human resource market analysis; at last, constitutes a HRM 6P model which match Tibet actuality, aims to be propitious for Tibet economic construction and enterprises development.Chapter 1:introduction.it put forward the meaning what this paper discuss from enterprises develop situation, enterprises obligations, the role of HRM in business management and Tibet small and medium-sized businesses HRM actuality, at the same time, explains research hypothesis, research method and data source.Chapter 2: small and medium-sized businesses HRM actuality analysis.
