Study Of Private Sme Development In Tibet

The sixteenth National Congress of Communist Party of China, and the third & fourth Session of the sixteenth Central Committee of the Party confirms the non-public policy system frame of economic development in our country, proposes to " develop and guide the non-public economic development in a more cost-effective manner " , and to promote small and medium-sized private enterprises development. It is also confirmed that these enterprises have already played an important role in our economic construction. But at present, the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises of Tibet lags behind seriously and faces the predicament. How to develop small and medium-sized enterprises, government, academia ,etc. have done lots of research and have made a lot of achievement .However , how to solve the problems Tibet small and medium-sized enterprises faces , ,especially how to support its development and come up with proper policy and measures, still lack systematic research. By combining theory with practice, this thesis plans to discuss how to t play a leading role for the government, how to promote its development in Tibet, thus offering the support for the government supporting the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises on the policy , measure in Tibet.The article analyses the current situation of the development , existing problem , opportunity and advantage faced of small and medium-sized private enterprises in Tibet, Use such advancedexperience of developing small and medium-sized enterprises in the developed country , Taiwan Province of our country , southeast coastal area as U.S.A. , Japan , Germany ,etc. for reference. For instance: The government supports small and medium-sized enterprises, sound with improving the management environment, sets up the fair and reasonable competitive environment of small and medium-sized enterprises , establishes advanced technical support system in a more cost-effective manner, promotes small and medium-sized enterprises form technological innovation ability wait , proposes Tibet development countermeasure of small and medium-sized private enterprises.
