Since the modern financial industry has developed rapidly, the influence of finance to the country,the global economy,the politics and the human have surpassed any ages in the history. When people are enjoying the benefits which are making by the financial system, they also feel the possibilty of financial crisis. The development history of finance is also a history of financial crisise and turbulence. Therefore it is normal to supervise the financial system, but how to supervise and manage the finance can avoid the financial crisis and obtain the stability of economices? Which is the suitable measure to carry on supervising and managing financial system?
