Agriculture is now transforming from traditional to modern in China. The Agricultural Industrialization strategy being implemented currently is an innovation and development of the rural system reform from managerial system. It comes after the implementing of Household Contract Responsibility System at the end of 1970s in the process of the construction of Socialist Market Economy System. It points a way out for improving agricultural benefit, increasing fanners' income and developing rural economics and it is a necessary need and a natural process of selection to reform traditional methods of agriculture for our country.The development of Agricultural Industrialization is fast, but it is also restricted by multiple factors, especially the lack of fund, which has seriously checked the advance of Agricultural Industrialization. Therefore, the government must deepen the reform of rural financial system and increase the financial support for Agricultural Industrialization in the course of advancing it. As to the above, this thesis points out to develop the Agricultural Industrialization Investment Fund.The Agricultural Industrialization Investment Fund promotes the development of the Agricultural Industrialization by investment to the lead enterprises. As an innovative financial instrument, the Agricultural Industrialization Investment Fund is of great significance in promoting the upgrade of agricultural industrial structure; the reform of rural system; the improvement of financial market, and changing the investment philosophy of Chinese investors, especially at this time. In the recent years, the functions of the Agricultural Industrialization Investment Fund have been recognized more and more, and there are already some studies on this view. This thesis means to do some more and deeper researches to it.At first, the basic concepts of Agricultural Industrialization, Industrial Investment Fund and Agricultural Industrialization Investment Fund were introduced in this thesis.
