Recent years, the increasing trend of Internet keeps continuously and steadily. With the developing of ten years, China becomes the largest Internet market in the world, and the target customers and Internet users also increasing very quickly.The enormous of Internet user size brings intense competition for the Internet industry. At the same time, the competition behavior becomes more and more complex and the competition methods become more and more diversified. Therefore, base on huge user market, how to develop the new business increasing point and how to create the new business model are the main purposes of this article.Before years, general searching can satisfy user's needs and wants for searching information, but recent years, the information in Internet increasing so fast, the vertical searching becomes more professional and embedded for some specific fields and industry because of the information positioning more accurate so as to many specific users like use it.The article is divided into four chapters: the first chapter introduces the developing trend of search engine, includes the definition of search engine, analyzing the amount and changing situation of Chinese search engine users, next is to analyze the Chinese search engine market scale and market share in order to find the potential market opportunities; the second chapter is to analyze the broadband video market, includes American Online video market situation and Chinese Online video market situation.
