China's Commercial Banking Personal Banking Business Trends

Due to the releasing of financial regulation, financial globalization and liberalization, rapid increasing of personal incoming and wealth, personal banking ser/ices is now becoming the main source of bank profit in the developed countries (region). After China's entry into WTO, the personal banking business market will be the aim of foreign capital banks chase for the huge potential. How to guide the national bank to develop the personal banking services toward the international trend, shorten the gap between national bank and international bank and take up the leading status in fury market competition is the important problem commercial bank must research.In this thesis, with abundant information and combining the fact of our country nearly, through analyzing the actuality of personal banking services, the problem existed, the factor which restrict the developing trend of personal banking services ,we search the measure that can make us realize the international trend in our country .Firstly, On the basis of the scope of the personal banking services, we come to the conclusion that personal banking services of national bank is in the growing stage depended on the Product life cycle Theory and we illustrate the current situation of the all kinds of personal banking services item in the chart and theory elaboration, such as the assets business, the debt business ,the middle business and so on.Secondly, we pass on the experience and conclude the international trend of personal banking services in the western country.Where after, we analyze the reasons, such as increase of the domestic family's financial demand, the sustainable development of the domestic commercial bank and development trend of international banking, which urged the commercial bank of our country to expand the personal banking. Then we forecast the developing trend on the basis of the international experience the Chinese reality.Then we analyze the factor which affects the national personal banking services in detail from the bank system, the finance control and the law system, etc. According to the factors, we put forward relevant suggestions: Change the management theory; Subdivide the market; Innovative products and system; Carry on the marketing actively; Build advanced individual's banking platform and network.
