Since 20 years of reforming and opening up to the world, the economic development level of our country keeps the powerful growth momentum, and a new developing industrial power is emerging. With the improving day by day of the living standards of the people, people's love for and reliance on the car intensify continuously, the role of car industry in promoting economy, pulling the market, promoting the development of industry is quite important and cannot be replaced by others. However, the consumption of petroleum of the motor vehicle amount to 1/2 of that of the world, and cars exhaust heavy pollution sources most in the urban air, its greenhouse gas emission is up to 1/4 of that caused by petroleum. At the same time, with the fast development of the economy of our country and rapid national movement of well-off planning, Chinese car has begun to enter the family, if 1/3 of the people drive one's own car in our country, the environmental pressure that the company faces will be unimaginable. And what's more, relevant experts predict that the petroleum resources will be run out in 50 years. So high efficiency, renewable, pollution-free new energy must be invented to take the place of petroleum which affects the economy nerve of the world. Under this background, combining reality of work, I select CNG market development and management tactics of Zhongyuan Oil Field Sales branch as the topic for engineering master degree.This paper carries on brief introduction to the automobile market, on the basis of summing up Zhongyuan Oil Field Sales Company, this paper makes a summary of problems the company faces and countermeasures in 2005. This paper analyzes the natural gas market of sales company systemically from analysis of nearby gas market condition and competition as well as the advantage and disadvantage of sales company. On this basis, this paper carries on corresponding analysis on CNG market development from development tactics and measures, expand planning, investment efficiency evaluation and make corresponding tactics. And finally, it also studies sales' company's CNG gas station management mode in order to improve the operation efficiency of CNG gas station.In order to finish this paper successfully, such research methods as combination of theory and practice research, market research method are used.
