Market-oriented Supply Of Urban Infrastructure And The Transformation Of Government Functions

With the development of the infrastructure in Chinese city, the quality of city infrastructure has been improved greatly. However, comparing with foreign countries, we still have many problems in technology, equipment, investment and human resource. The problem of being in a low-level development and having an unreasonable structure has become more and more obvious, and has become a handicap in the development of the city's economy. How to establish a limited, efficient and power government in the construction of city's infrastructure is the main issue of the article. From four aspects, that is plan, investment, construction and management, this article suggests some reasonable solutions to change government function in order to perfect the construction system of Chinese cities.
