Company improve its achievement to survive in the competitive society. Then motivating is the most effective method to improve the achievement. Company could spur personnel to work more efficiently in the condition that its motivate policy is chosen well.On the background of knowledge economy, there are some new features in the psychological feathers of personnel, knowledgeable personnel has become the core factor. Therefore, it is necessary to update the selection basis. Based on the background of knowledge economy and the particularities of knowledge, the paper carries out a research on the selection of motivate policy in order to spur personnel s petential to a senior degree.Using the standardizes research approach, category analytic approach and summary analytic approach, referring the process, the paper analyzes particularities of psychological contract into two types according to the components of the psychological contract in motivate policy choosing process. Based on this fact, the paper analyzes the relationship between psychological contract and motivate policy choosing process, and proposed three key elements of efficient selection. At last, matched with psychological contract and motivate policy choosing process, the paper carries out the selection of motivate policy in order to enhance its rationality and efficiency.
