Investment In Highway Projects Benefit Study

This paper presents a thorough study of the benefit of the expressway project investment, with the purpose to provide theory and practice basis for the enterprise to make expressway project investment effectively.Firstly, this paper introduces the meaning of the benefits of the expressway project investment and use the characteristic of quasi-public goods to analyze the producing mechanism of expressway project investment's macro-benefit and micro-benefit.Secondly, this paper uses qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis methods to analyze the main factors of affecting the benefit of the expressway project investment through studying income composing and cost composing of the expressway project investment.Thirdly, this paper uses technical economics theory to set up the evaluation index system for the benefit of the expressway project investment and provides help for investment decision-making.Finally, this paper uses risk analysis theory to study the risk factors of affecting the benefit of the expressway project investment and proposes measures to keep away of risk and control risk.
