With the economic growth and rapid development of modern logistics, expressway plays an important role in associating countries and regions. For Jiangxi province, expressway has a pivotal rolein achieving the rise of central, it accelerate the pace of opening and provide a lot of convenience for the development. Thus, it makes the communication between Jiangxi and Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and other developed areas more closed.TD Company is the owner unit of several expressway projects in Jiangxi province, it construct the critical infrastructure in and out of the province. JT express way project is one of the construction project of TD Company. Because the characteristics of expressway are large-scale, long-front, long-cycle, unity of production, complexity and so on, so the process of project financing, construction and operation has much uncertainty. How to effectively control this uncertainty is the orientation that TD Company needs to strengthen the management.This article analyzed the JL expressway project overview of TD Company, and applied qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques, such as Delphi Method, Expert scoring Method, AHP Method, to conduct risk identification, evaluation for this project, on this basis, the project risk response measures were proposed, order to find the source, avoiding method and means of project risk, and provide ideas for strengthen expressway project risk management of TD company. The main content of this article are as follows:The first chapter is introduction. It describes the background of the topic and its significance. Via reading literature at home and abroad, this article made the research direction, presented the content, and the methods of this article;Chapter Two is the overview of relevant theories. After the introduction of the concept of risk and risk management, this paper summarized the key elements of risk management, including risk identification, risk assessment and the response to risk;Chapter Three is the profile of TD Company JL Expressway Project in Jiangxi province. This chapter forecasted the TD investment, revenue and cost of the company's JL Expressway Project in Jiangxi province, and then evaluated the economics of the project;The fourth chapters TD Company's risk analysis for expressway project in Jiangxi province. After applying Delphi method into risk identification and building risk evaluation index system, we used analytic hierarchy process to assess the risk, and then made policies of response for risk on the basis of the assessment above;The fifth chapter is the proposal of risk management in order to strengthen TD company risk management of highway project based on the TD's present situation of Jiangxi province;The sixth chapter is summary and prospect. This paper summarized the results of this research and put forward the further study of the proposed article.
