With the rapid development of Industrialization and urbanism, architecture wastes a lot of society resource, including land resource, water resource, energy resource, material resource, etc, it makes environment badly, baffles the development of "the saving society". As a kind of new thing, with lowest resource consuming, having excellent environment quality indoors and economy benefit, Green Realty has become necessary developing trend in our country. The history of the development of the Green Realty exploitation and evaluation in our country has been very short, so the research of Green Realty exploitation and evaluation appears necessary and urgent.With the above understanding, first the thesis studied and analyzed actuality and successful example of the world Green Realty, Especially studied the LEED, including standard evaluation, different standard exploitation and successful popularize, we hoped the thesis could have some beneficial suggest.The passage studied the practice of Green Realty evaluation and exploitation, by introducing the research and development in our country, finding the problem of the standard evaluation in our country, putting forward the rational exploitation and evaluating suggestion.The assessment system guided the exploiting practice. With the base of LEED2.0, the article discussed the practice of saving land, water, energy, material in our country.Thinking the dwelling house is the emphases of the "four saving", the article made Xi'an area as an example, with the characteristic of Xi'an, made a set of green dwelling house assessment system. We hoped the assessment system could give some reference to the designer, developer and contractor.At last, the thesis gave some suggestion to the development of Green Realty.
