In recent years, since the issues of the shortage of resources and environmental degradation have become prominent increasingly, people are aware of the importance of sustainable development.The construction industry is a pillar of the national economy-oriented industries, construction activities have always been a high consumption of natural resources and energy which is one of the productive activities, land occupied by buildings, processing and use of the construction materials, waste generated during construction and pollution all around are a great impact to the ecological environment. Green Building has become the inevitable trend of development in the construction industry, we must assume social responsibility for sustainable development. Therefore, the concept of comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable scientific development concept, model of the traditional high-consumption-based development turning to eco-efficient development mode in the construction areas and going the road of green building, is the inevitable trend of construction development of China even the world.Green Building is to maximize resource conservation, environmental protection and reduce pollution, provide people with healthy, appropriate and efficient space of use and buildings in harmony with nature in the entire life-cycle of the construction. The construction phase has a most direct impact to the environment and most obvious stage. Thus, to implementing green construction in the construction industry is of great significance for China's sustainable development.The development of China's green construction is still in the initial stage, there are many problems in the process of promoting green construction. We should promote the significance of green construction implementing in the public, while in the process of construction, we should adopt new technology actively and use green construction technology. And also take the scientific management of the project, for example through the integration management of project, we can not only improve quality of project, accelerate the progress, save cost, but also conducive to the implementation of green construction. So far, China does not have a complete evaluation system for green construction, and we must establish a set of criteria to measure the level of construction enterprises of green construction for promoting of green construction.In this paper, The environmental loads and resource consumption of green construction can be analyzed and the technical measures to solve the problem are put forward. Through reference of the indicators of existing Green Building Assessment tools and the actual situation in our country, Green Construction Assessment is introduced in this paper, and Green Construction Assessment is applied to a real-life project, the model was proved to be practical. The research in this paper have certain instruction and the reference function to carry out green construction.
