With the rapid development of the internet across the world, the research sponsored by the countries all over the world regarding the internet economy has improved a lot whether in its depth or span, and dramatic achievements have been obtained. However, a set of systematic theory with respect to the research on the network consumption and enterprise earning pattern in an environment of network economy is not formed yet. In view of the internet consumption character in an environment of network economy, the author in the text makes a breakthrough in the theory framework of consumption and marketing with traditional economic pattern, and makes systematic and further study on the network consumption and enterprise earning pattern which could act as a good guide for the companies to position their marketing strategies on the internet according to the network consumption character. The summary with respect to the network consumption is made systematically from four different points of view based on the systematic analysis regarding the status of network consumption and enterprise earning pattern in an environment of network economy applying theory research method combined with positive analysis, and then the conclusion of the enterprise earning model is made for each kind of network consumption behavior individually.In the research on the network consumption pattern, as the network consumption bears dual characters of "consumption and production", it is creatively divided into two consumption patterns, that is, network consumption with monetary payment and network consumption without monetary payment, based on the status of currency input in the network consumption, and make analysis on the mathematic model established for the two consumption patterns respectively. On the basis of the analysis made on the mathematic model, three kinds of enterprise earning patterns are presented creatively which are enterprise earning pattern without monetary payment, enterprise earning pattern with monetary payment and enterprise earning pattern of products value chain,...
