The Research On Reform Of Residents Consumption Pattern In The View Of Sustainable Consumption

Sustainable consumption is a new concept paralleled with sustainable development. Sustainable consumption and sustainable production and are the core of it because sustainable development is based on the recycle of everlasting production and consumption. It is an inevitable option to realize sustainable development in China. The life consumption is the base of sustainable development.Without it the sustainable consumption and development can not be realized. With the fast development of economy and the obvious promote of consumption, huge change has happened on inhabitants life consumption in our country. But something unsustainable on the consumption patterns hinders sustainable consumption.Under the guidance of Marx's metrical dialectics, methodology and economic theory, absorbing the reasonable elements in western economics and using knowledge in subjects such as consumption, finance, sociology, administration and so on, taking sustainable consumption under the framework of sustainable development, focusing on the study of sustainable consumption of resource and environment, this article studies systematically the present situation, the questions and reasons of the consumption patterns; puts forward some suggestions on the reform of consumption pattern.This article is composed by four parts basically.The first part is an introduction. It mainly elaborates the goal and significance of this research, the present research situation in domestic and foreign areas, the basic content and the structure, the research mentality and method of the research.The second part is the related theories of the consumption pattern transformation, mainly carries on the analysis and discussion on some related concept and elementary theories, lays the essential foundation for the behind research. The third part analyzes the present situation of the consumption and the consumption patterns. Firstly, it summarizes the present situation of our country inhabitant consumption; next, it analyzes the questions and their reasons of the consumption patterns.The fourth part is the Countermeasures of the reform of consumption patterns. It points out to achieve sustainable consumption the resident consumption patterns reform should carry out from four aspects: building comprehensive assessing index system of sustainable consumption ,setting up scientific consumption view, pursuing circular consumption, choosing green consumption patterns, and so on.
