Consumer is the elemental factor of marketing, as well as the ultimate object of it. Thus, though the present marketing appears to be the use and the combination of marketing strategy, a kind of economic behavior, it is actually a search and fulfillment for the need of consumers in the further meaning. Using the theory of consuming behavior, I take the example of Boutique shop of 'Juese' cloths to discuss the practical use of marketing theory.First this thesis discussed marketing concept, then said the weak of Boutique shop of 'Juese' cloths. It could survive in the fiercely competed terminal sale is the increase of the sale. By both the theory of marketing and the behavior of consumers, we could know the real need of consumers; using the principle of FAB, we could satisfy our clients and sell goods successfully. This thesis is mainly discuss the methods about how to satisfy the psychological need of consumers, how to stimulate their appetite for buying, and how to create a new practice of consuming. The primary ways to realize the above goal are the following: the design of shop front, the layout of goods, the emotional and atmospheric construction, the advertisement, the training of salesman's manner and speech, and the management of contacting with consumers, etc. At the end, we concluded that how to make sure the plan of a company or a store is the same as the anticipation of the consuming, or even go beyond it, so that they could give the consumer a good and satisfying impression.The most concise description of the marketing concept, we think, is that how to make sure the plan of a company or a store is the same as the anticipation of the consuming, or even go beyond it, so that they could give the consumer a good and satisfying impression. Just as the marketing professor Peter Drucker said, if the company want to get as more profits as possible, they must prohibit and satisfy the need of consumer. To do that, we must know well what consumers really want.
