Our country's pension institution has experienced several revolutions since its foundation in 1950s.Its main orientation is from the unitary pension institution that government managing to the pension institution that includes basic pension institution, enterprise compensatory pension institution and individual pension institution, and that a unite of a plan as a whole in the society and individual fund. But from the practical effect, the pension institution evolution is low efficiency and distinct effect. The real pension institution of several tiers has not been established in our country. The huge shunting cost is difficult to assimilate while the pension institution is shunting. Society, family and individual's understanding and prepare for future is not enough at all. Great challenges have been put forward in front of the establishment and choosing of future pension policy. So, it's very meaningful to have a deep academic research on the pension institution and its innovation.This paper is based on the institution transformation of the pension institution, analyzing the factors that influence the efficiency of the pension institution. This paper is mainly made up of six parts of contents:First, this paper explains the background, meaning, puts forward the author's main view.The second part is the general analysis of the pension institution. This part define the pension from theoretical view, and explains domestic and international dynamic research status.The third part is the dynamic analysis of the transformation of institution from the inter fragility and outer strike of the actual pension institution.The forth part discusses the interest confliction is the main reason that infects the efficiency of the pension institution.The fifth part is about the suggestions of the future route of our country's pension institution.
