New ideas are offered and our eyes are opened as the marketing theories come form other countries diffusing in China. Chinese marketing people use the combination of the foreign marketing theories and Chinese marketing practices to generate many suitable experiences fit China's marketing situation and companies' demands.We can clearly see that these experiences are not working good in many Chinese companies.Organizations cannot achieve their goals .Indeed, bankrupt can be true by using unsuitable marketing methods.So, it is important to explore the marketing methods which can meet the Chinese companies'demands to improve the marketing effect.After China entered the WTO and with the global economic development, Chinese organizations are not only competing with national competitors, but also competing with international competitors.. As the degree of competition goes up, more organizations pay more attention to how to be successful in the competing environment by handle the opportunities, and which marketing methods can make them more effective. Many organizations are targeting use direct and effective marketing methods.This article gives the innovation of direct and effective marketing concepts based on the Chinese marketing methods, expatiates the characters of the direct and effective marketing concepts and how to distinguish with other concepts. It points out its connotation, characters, and basic settle ways. Furthermore, this is a generated combination of foreign marketing theories with Chinese companies' practices, which is the innovation of existing marketing theories based on practices. It emphasizes directly and efficiency; directly target company's goal to choose the best marketing way which suitable company; and efficiency emphasizes the target marketing guide. It should not to be a concept or theory only, it should be the way or consideration, which came from practice and direct practice, of company compass its aims during the marketing processes.
