Integration Of Quality, Environment And Occupational Health And Safety Management System

Now days, the international market competition is gradually keen. In order to increase their competition ability, enterprises continuously establish and implement ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001. ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 become an important part of enterprise management system. But each management system is just a part of the whole management system, existing a lot of compatibility. If we establish and implement them alone, it will certainly waste a lot of labors and other resources.Therefore, whether the enterprises can manage to combine many management systems, establishing and implementing an integrated management system, is a lesson to study. This paper compares the IS09001, IS014001 and OHSAS18001.The tendency of increased compatibility between these standards has paved the road for integration. So we have the theoretical and the realistic demands to establish the integrated management systems. In order to keep up with the characteristics of the enterprises in our country, we can integrate the systems on the frame of PDCA cycle. Also , this text recommends a model on the basis of PDCA cycle to evaluation the validity of the integrated management system, which can ensure the enterprises continuous improvement. So it is beneficial for the enterprises to create core competitive advantages.In particular, the paper discusses a real case of FST to study the method, step and announcements of the integrated management system. The study case demonstrates the practical applications approach to design, development and implementation of an integrated management system. It actually has a guidance meaning. Finally, this paper expects the direction of the integrated management system in the future.
