Industrial concentration, in SCP (Structure-Conduct-Performance) analytical frame of traditional industrial organization theory, is one of main factors in forming Market structure , and affects market performance by influencing market conduct. The level of concentration has always been the key content of industry industrial organization theory.This paper's research object is the container liner marketing. The basic characters in structure of container liner marketing are monopolistic operation. Meanwhile, outside uncertain facts result in high risk, high entry barriers and high competitive level. On the approaching of maritime valley, the company is facing to the competition, the pressure of price and the mergence. How to optimize industrial structure, enhance the competitiveness and attain the stable structure has already become an urgent issue. so the study on concentration level and its relevant factors of the container liner marketing should be of great significance.This paper analyzes the history and today's condition of the container liner marketing structure, and think the process of re-integration will speed up. Then the paper carries out quantitative study on industrial concentration. In the core part, the paper defines the quantitative relations between concentration, price and carrying capacity, by using relevant mathematic methods such as statistical yearbook analysis and regression analysis. At last, the paper figures out the direction of the concentration development and the stable structure, puts forward measures to optimize the structure of container liner marketing, further more, to facilitate the stable and benign development of the container liner marketing.
