| This thesis studied the diversification strategy adopted by Jiatian Company Limited in Henan Province by analyzing the issues arose from the process of developing a dairy project.The thesis analyzed the characteristics of China's dairy industry and applied SWOT analysis through the recognition of external environment and internal resources of the company.The thesis formed the organizational development strategy mainly from three aspects: organizational structure and human resources; the managerial policy (engineering, finance, technology and operation); and the technologies and material supply. Financial analyses were also conducted to show the financial effectiveness of the project. |
