Research On The Application Of Integrity Management System In Dairy Enterprises Based On Project Quality Management

Now days,with the continuous growth of dairy consumption,people pay more and more attention to the safety of dairy products.Dairy safety is a necessary commitment of dairy enterprises to stakeholders.Credible management is an inevitable choice for dairy enterprises to maintain competitiveness and sustainable development.It is of great practical significance to study the application of integrity management system in dairy enterprises.In recent years,the occurrence of dishonest incidents in China has triggered deep thinking on the issue of honesty and credit construction in various industries.How to construct the enterprise credit system has become the primary problem of our country's economic construction.Based on the theory of honesty management,stakeholders and project quality management,this paper deeply analyses the development of project quality management and honesty management in China.Then,taking YongNiu Group as an example,it demonstrates that integrity management system greatly improves the business management ability of enterprises from the perspective of project quality management.Finally,it summarizes the honesty management system.It is the conclusion of an effective management system.Through the analysis and research on the application of integrity management system in dairy enterprises,this paper draws the conclusion that honesty management system is an effective and practical management tool.Establishing and implementing integrity management system is an effective way for dairy enterprises to improve their internal honesty management ability.The research of this subject provides substantive reference for food enterprises to improve their management level.
