Agricultural Products Quality And Safety Of Government Regulatory Performance

The problem of food safety relates to the health of people and the economic development of a country.It has become a very importante problem which the world face. Because of market failure,the government management in food safety is necessary.But because of government failure,the research on government achievements is necessary and importantThis article analyses the government achievements in food safety of Zhejiang province from two parts.First,by summarising plenty of the former literature,we establish the evaluation system of government achievements in food safety.This system includes government management system,organic food's development and the test result of food safety situatioaThen we use these aspects to evaluate the government achievements in food safety of Zhejiang province. We conclude that the government management of Zhejiang province is good,but it need to be improved.Second,we try to find the effective factors of productional achievements of organic food.By building theoretical hypothesis,we establish the effective factors' model.Then we use every county's pollution-free food data and relative data to proof the theoretical hypothesis.We get result that there are several factors which effect the productional achievements of organic food.These factors include the governmental economic factors,the districts' economic factorsjesource situation,agricultural development situation and how many the government spend on the production of organic food.There are 7 chapters in this article.The first chapter generalize the whole article.The second chapter summarize the former research on government management in food safety and evaluation of government achievements.The third chapter introduce the theoretical design of this article. The fourth chapter review the situation of government management,including our country and Zhejiang province.The fifth chapter use the evaluation system of government achievements to evaluate the government achievements of Zhejiang province.The sixth chapter use every county's pollution-free food date and relative data to research the effective factors on productionalt achievements of organic food. In the last chapter, we get conclusion of the government achievements' evaluation of Zhejiang province and the effective factors of productional achievements in organic food's development.Then we made correlative suggestions on the basis of the research result.
