Consumer Evaluation Research On Government Food Safety Governance

Under the special background of the consumer attention of food safety improving rapidly,the government attaching great importance to food safety,and entering a crucial stage of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,food safety as a priority among priorities in“13th Five-Year” plan,is the starting point for the government to protect the livelihood,therefore becoming a major problem of China's national economy and people's livelihood,as well as social stability.Government is the leader of the food safety management.Carrying out research on consumer satisfaction of its food safety management,to analyze its formation path and influencing factors,which can allow consumers to fully play the right to speak,and is conducive to the government to understand public opinion to make the government food safety management carried out more targeted.But also help consumers to strengthen their awareness of participation in food safety supervision,improve the enthusiasm of consumers' food safety rights,and make up for the lack of government regulation alone.Which is conducive to the government,consumers,enterprises and other joint forces to promote China's new normal in the field of food safety,and has important theoretical and practical significance.Therefore,combined with the existing research,his paper summarizes the relative literature about food safety,consumer satisfaction with current situation of food safety and the government regulation of food safety,as well as the consumer satisfaction of government food safety management.Combined the theory of government regulation and satisfaction,put forward an analytical framework about consumers' satisfaction with government food safety management based on the ACSI model.Based on the valid data from a survey with 510 questionnaires of 17 cities in Shandong Province,this paper using the Structural Equation Model to quantitative analysis and verify the corresponding research hypothesis based on the descriptive analysis of the sample,coming to the conclusion that consumer evaluation on food safety social environment,trust degree of consumed food,and the evaluation of the government food safety supervision level have positive effects on government food safety overall quality awareness.Based on the previous analysis framework,and 16 factors concluded before which affect the overall quality awareness and final satisfaction,further expounds the formation path of consumer satisfaction of government food safety management.Finally put forward targeted policy suggestions based on the research conclusion such as the main influence factors.The innovation of this study may displays in,firstly it based on the actual questionnaire survey to obtain the latest data,then come to the conclusion of satisfaction,research in view of the current period have very strong realistic meaning.Secondly,it introduced SEM into the research of consumer overall quality awareness for government food safety management and satisfaction,a target which is difficult to directly measure,then based on the analysis framework to get the path of the formation of satisfaction,it provides a new angle of view for the analysis of satisfaction.Thirdly it extract a series of factors influence consumer satisfaction of government food safety management,which have provided valuable policy guidance.
