| Steel-making Plant of Tianjin Iron and Steel CO. has just been put into production in 2004. Its mass flow control requires much modification and improvement. This paper applies the multidimensional mass flow control theory in the flow of steel-making to analyze the parameters in the actual practice of steel plant, such as sequence of mass flow, temperature, mass flow quantity and so on. By doing so, this thesis gives a full-scale analysis of the rule and characteristic of the new Tianjin Steel-making Plant's mass flow, aiming at the matching of the working procedure's scheduling and the optimization of the links.The thesis consists of five parts: (1) study on information; (2) the analysis on mass flow in Steel-making Plant of Tianjin Iron and Steel CO. (3) Optical of mass flow in Steel-making Plant of Tianjin Iron and Steel CO.(4) tragedy of mass flow and its applification in Steel-making Plant of Tianjin Iron and Steel COFirst, the subject was given and the factors should be studied was pointed out by The study on information.Second, the disadvantage of practice was pointed out by analyzing the general condition of Steel-making Plant of Tianjin Iron and Steel CO. with the statistics method.Third, the research of mass flow's work schedule matching was made by the balance of capacity for unit process i.e. BOF, ladle furnace and continuous casting; It was show, that a multidimensional mass flow plan and a steady production plan of three level—high, medium, low—products are very important for the smooth matching and connecting of the middle process such as converting and refining together with the continuous casting, and are also needed for the annual yield of four million ton. If there are too many production courses, it might cause the over difficulty of production pattern, the confusion of the production control, which not only influences the connecting, harmony and matching of the working procedures in a bad way, but also goes against the efficiency of steel plant. For the steady mass production kind, the production pattern based on the refining period of LD should be adopted. And for the original billets and some advanced products that are produced in a trifle amount, the continuous production in the same refining period of converter should be adopted, and in this production pattern, the sequence of middle working unit such as argon-stirring, ladle refining, wire-feeding, differ from each other according to the serial number of irrigating, the LD produces many stoves of moltensteel continuously to accomplish continuous irrigating through the buffer of LF(+VD). Though the continuous casting machine of Tianjin Steel-making Plant is much more capable of designed production than the converter, the actual production status shows that the converter is much more efficient than the continuous casting machine. The production is limited by the fact that the continuous casting machine has lower working rate, casting-speed and heats of continuous casting. The research of the temperature drop of the molten steel shows that according to the recent molten steel temperature management system, the carbon steel's tapping temperature of converter can be control to 1680-1700℃, which is 17℃ lower than before, and the quality steel's tapping temperature of converter can be also control to 1621-1631℃, which is 5℃ lower than before, and this fact is propitious to the production management and the rise of the pull speed of continuous casting machine. The result of ladle turnover optimization shows that the turnover number of ladle drops from 10℃ which were expected to 8℃, which make it easier to joint the working procedure smoothly, to stabilize the irrigating temperature and to accomplish the continuous irrigating.Based on the above research, this paper has established the basic principle of mass flow management and the plan of production control, and also provided the practical and scientific production pattern and production plan for the goal of annual yield of four million ton steel.Many factors should be considered such as the quality of bellits result from mass flow controll etc. so the conclusion of the thesis should be commented. |
