This article analyses the current circumstance of home improvement retailer in Beijing through the brief review of 10 year's home improvement enterprise growth history. Use Rose City Commercial Center as a raw model doing the specific analyses study for this type of business project development and management model. This article composed by four chapters.Firstly, this chapter reviews 10 year's home improvement retailer business industry in Beijing. Briefly introduced home improvement retailer growth history from the raw stage"spot rental"business model change to super market, shopping center.Secondly, this chapter introduced current management situation of home improvement retailer in Beijing. During the tough competition most proprietors face the bottle neck, hard to develop and oversea home improvement retailer magnate break into Chinese market. According to this kind of situation local enterprises need a new business model and management model for survive. Introduce The Marketing Theory of 4Rs as abstractly proof.In chapter three, Rose City Commercial Center as a raw model combines with The Marketing Theory of 4Rs analyzes and study the new business model and management model for over hundred thousand square meters home improvement retailer.Last, the author as a study result presents the trends of home improvement retailer in Beijing in the future and summarized the rules and revelation on this type of business project.
