Due to technology,demand and other reasons,enterprises are facing a rapidly changing market.In order to win the survival and development,enterprises must establish different competitive advantages.Since the business model was proposed in the 50s of last century,the innovation of business model has become an important way for many enterprises to establish competitive advantage.Through the study of the business model and the summary of the enterprise management practice,scholars are also exploring the inherent relationship between business model and its innovation and enterprise performance and competitive advantage.However,not all of the business model innovation will bring to the enhancement of competitive advantage of enterprises.Some business model innovation has been successful,but some have failed.This phenomenon shows that there are some other influencing factors between the business model innovation and competitive advantage.At the end of last century,the appearance of dynamic capability theory provides a new perspective for scholars to study competitive advantage.In the relationship between business model innovation and competitive advantage,the questions such as what is the role of dynamic capability,whether it is a bridge connecting business model innovation and competitive advantage are worthy of discussion.Therefore,this paper will discuss the impact mechanism of business model innovation on competitive advantage taking dynamic capability as mediator variable,and try to establish a relationship model with practical significant.In order to analyze the influence of business model innovation on competitive advantage,basing on the existing theory of business model,business model innovation,dynamic capability and competitive advantage,this paper establishes a"business model innovation-dynamic capability-competitive advantage" structural model.This model divides business models into four dimensions:value proposition,value creation,value transmission,and value network,and divides competitive advantage into two dimensions:efficiency and sustainability.The model attempts to explore the intrinsic relationship among the three variables through empirical research methods.In this paper,the empirical research is carried out by questionnaire investigation to collect enterprise data,then using SPSS21.0 and LISREL8.7 to analyze the data.Through the descriptive statistical analysis,reliability analysis,validity analysis,regression analysis and structural equation model,verifying the effect of enterprise business model innovation on competitive advantage,and dynamic capability's intermediary role in the relationship.According to the empirical analysis results it can be concluded that the four dimensions of business model innovation have positive effects on the two dimensions of competitive advantage.Among them,value network has the greatest effect.At the same time,the conclusion also confirms that dynamic capability play a partial intermediary role in the relationship between business model innovation and competitive advantage.Especially in the relationship between value network model innovation and competitive advantage,the intermediary effect of dynamic capability is strongest.This paper extends the related theory of the relationship between business model innovation and competitive advantage,finds a significant influence of value network model innovation on competitive advantage,and emphasizes the importance of dynamic capability in the process of business model innovation transform into competitive advantage.
