With the rapid development of China automotive industry and deepgoing of marketing economy, International OEM is transferring their cost center into China. So many transnational auto part producers have landed for joint-venture or own investment in China, competing with inland auto parts company by advanced technology, good service and reasonable price. On the other hand, China Auto industry happened "blowout" in 2004, 2005, which leads to competition white-hot.This thesis samples large Auto parts producer—Shanghai Huizhong Auto manufacturing Co,.ltd, researching, analyzing and optimizing Huizhong Logistics disadvantages, including inventory management, warehouse location and transportation route by the way of SWOT.EOQ and decision technology, in order to reduce its' costs and promote its' competitive power. I point out some proposals, which could inspire China Auto parts producers. |
