Research On Multi-inventory Location Based On Group Decision-making In VMI

Inventory location is an important part in supply chain management research. It is a fresh attempt to research multi inventory location based on group decision-making. This article analyzes the definition of inventory location and the main influencing factor of inventory location and facility location. It also points out the differences between inventory location and facility location, inventory location and inventory location in VMI. It introduces to us some basic concepts and theories of group decision-making and supply chain management inventory and explores the group decision-making in the practice of VMI. On the conclusion of history literature, it shows mathematical models for some typical location problems and provides the solution methods. It adopts the concept of supply chain agility to illustrate multi-inventory location based on group decision-making in VMI, and the model for that location is structured. Besides, it explores the model and finds Weight coefficient through specific examples, and draws up program to provide a simulation for the location result of multi-inventory location based on group decision-making in VMI.
