The Medium and Small Enterprises in China have a common that they take all of the measure to accelerate the increasing of sales, because it's the great concern. But most of the Medium and Small Enterprises' sale modes which they think as the most useful are so simple and extensive that the sales can't keep a continuous increase and conduce to the sale bottleneck. They can find no way out and are trapped in a vicious circle. So, the aim of this thesis is to make a referenced model formation so that they can break through the bottleneck and deal with the furious competition. Because the scholars in and out have focused on the consumable marketing more but not the engineering goods, there is no operable sale mode of the engineering goods which the Medium and Small Enterprises need most. The author has taken LongZheng as an example and applied some of the theories of the marketing to provide the manufacturing enterprises a useful sale mode. This is the meaning of the paper.Dalian Longzheng Polishers Manufacture Co Ltd is a private enterprise. In recent years, the company has developed at a high speed by manufacturing and processing the polish machine. With the changes of environment of competition home and overseas, the domestic market exploitation has become the most important mission of Longzheng But it can't neaten the resource advantage because of the lack of the marketing strategies and the cognition to the domestic market, so the corporation is crying for a doable market strategy.According to the problems of the domestic market exploitation facing, the author firstly analyzed SWOT of Longzheng, and then presented its marketing status and the problem in detail . Based on these, the author analyzed from brands, price, products and channels and then made a market strategy for the polish machine to explain how to break through the bottleneck by the market management. The author expects that this example can provide some of useful thinking for the Medium andSmall Enterprises.
