It has not only influenced on the improvement of peasants' living standard but also on grain-production and agricultural product supplying; it has not only restricted the rural economy from developing but also the whole economic growth; it is not only relation with the rural society progress but also realization the goal of China well-off society in an all-round way. So, peasants' income increase is not only a great economic problem but also a great political issue which concerns the country and social stability, and it is the important issue which must be solved in the process of Chinese modernization.So, we need to have a profound understanding of the underlying reasons that impacts the increase of peasants' income in China, then to find out effective countermeasures on the basis of the analysis of the reasons. It can help us understand the problem of increase of peasants' income in our country rationally.Based on the analysis of the theoretical foundation and the currentsituation of the peasant' income increase in our country, I looked up a great deal of information and data, referenced to the existing research results, used the integrated and inductive methods, then analyzed and classified the causes that impact the increase of peasants' income as resource factors industry factors market factors policy factors and institutional factors to help us research the problem further.Based on the above analysis of the reasons, I believe that, to solve the current problems of peasants' income increase, we should put hand to the adjustment of the structure of agricultural production, the cultivation of agricultural products market, the development of township enterprises, the construction of small towns and strengthen the government's efforts to support and protect agriculture.I finally point out that peasants' income increase is an extremely arduous and complex question; it needs us to increase the investigation and study dynamics, grasp the first material as many as possible, turn scientific results into government's policy on time, set up a system to ensure that these policies can be went through right, obtain the clear priority and invests the national limited fund into the urgent and key project, jump out the circle of "three-agriculture", realistically seek the key to the situation under a greater background.
