The Choice For The Government At County Level To Increase Peasants Income

The"three rural problems"are the key issue in constructing all-round well-off society in China. It can be safely said that without the peasants overall well-being, there will be no all-round well off society. The most critical constraint to the peasants overall well-being is the slow income increase for the present. To solve this problem, there must be some breakthrough in the aspect of production relations in the context of great liberation in productivity. The source of such issue consists in the failure in rural area's public service especially the phenomenon"presence of government and absence of service"through the survey. The identification and resolution of such problems will be right on the way to solve the three rural issues. In detail, the right choice for the government at county level is to bring into full play the"tangible hand"of the government in an attempt to solve the problems which can't be handled by the"intangible hand"of the market through the appropriate governance rather than the inappropriate and the effective government service rather than catering-for- all method to cut down the peasants living and production costs and realize the their steady income increase.
