Yunnan Sme Research, Transnational Operations In Thailand

This paper tries to apply the theories of management in Multinational Enterprise, take Thailand as an investment place, and analyze the environment in Thailand. The author in order to find some good ways to advise and help the middle and small size enterprises of Yunnan to invest in Thailand, including management, strategy, processes, etc.Firstly, this paper puts forward the necessity and the importance of Chinese middle and small enterprises to do oversea investments. And then the author introduces the successful meeting about the economy cooperation of sub-region in Meikong River and tells us the chance for the development of Chinese and middle and small enterprises. He brings forward a question: In order to fit the era tideway, how do the Chinese middle and small enterprises invest abroad? Author sets Thailand as an investment object for the Yunnan middle and small size enterprises, surveying the investigation results about this aspect inside and outside of China, trying to find out a suitable way for Chinese middle and small enterprises' oversea investment in sub-region in Meikong River.After analyzing the theories and principles of multinational investment and management of middle and small size enterprises, the author analyzes the macro-environment and micro-environment of China and Thailand in detail. According to the actuality of the Thailand's enterprises, the author also brings out some problems and disadvantages of these enterprises during their investment activities in Thailand.This paper brings forward two maneuverable propose:1.To establish a commercial institution to organize the commercial affairs between Yunnan middle and small size enterprises and Thailand.2.To provide some modes of investment and management in Thailand for Yunnan middle and small size enterprises.
