The Research On Production Management Standardization Of Small And Middle Size Factories

After reformation and open, the economy of our nation show a vigorous outlooks. Among that the small and middle size companies are playing a very important role. However, the cycle life of these companies are very short. One cause result in such situation is poor management ,so it is significant for the sustainable development of our nation's economy to deeply study the management standardization of small and middle size enterprises. This paper define small and middle size enterprise and describe the present situations of production management and some wrong views and actions during introducing standardization of management. The method of production management standardization and some proposals for realization are the essence of this paper.The research method of this paper is to combined the theory from MBA study , my solid working experience in small and middle size factories, my auditing experience for more than 30 suppliers and summarizing from some cases such as Hua Wei, Foxconn, Holley which developed successfully from small factories, many views and points from existing works were adopted by me. The paper raise many practical countermeasure. Among those, the work procedure design, trouble shooting method, the concept of control " change" in quality management are made out in my independent thinking and have made good effectiveness in actual.
