As the constant reform and opening-up of Mainland China, and Taiwan's investment environment is deteriorating, a large number of Taiwan-funded enterprises moved their production bases into mainland China. But as most of Taiwan-funded enterprises are smaller and they are the enterprises of Europe and America OEM, these enterprises are belonging to labor-intensive industries. And the advantage of these enterprises is the cost control. So cooperating with the cheap and large amount of talent person and labor force, there great cost advantage for the small and medium size enterprises to set up factories in mainland. And Small Taiwan-funded enterprises have also become indispensable for the economic development of the motherland's economic power.The culture of Taiwan and Mainland is coming from the same source, and is deriving from the same origin, but as the special history process and ideology, they have independent culture characteristics. As an knowledge worker who is sensitive to the culture, in an Taiwan-funded enterprise, one not only need to take into account the individual career issues, while also need to take into account the integration of conflicting issues of the culture. After investigation, in the eyes of the status of knowledge workers, the Taiwan-funded enterprises came after the foreign-funded enterprises and the local businesses of Mainland. And Taiwan-funded enterprises become the un-satisfied career choice for the knowledge workers. In the minds of knowledge workers, the impression of Taiwan-funded enterprises formed is the lower pay and benefits, instable corporate culture, long working hours and limited space for career development.In this paper, it analyzes the knowledge workers management problems in Taiwan-funded GY Electronics Co. And it puts forward the idea to build excellent corporate culture from the cross-cultural analysis of the perspectives, and to find the corresponding incentive model from demand perspective of knowledge workers, which can achieve the reduction the loss of knowledge workers and retain the heart knowledge workers for the company. The aim is to find the effective means of knowledge worker management in the small Taiwan-funded enterprises, which has great significance and research value to raise the knowledge workers management level of the small Taiwan-funded enterprise, and to achieve cross-strait sub-cultural differences in a harmonious convergence. Firstly this article describes the background and the meaning of the topics; Secondly, it reviewed the history of the relevant literature and theory. It chooses the need for theory, motivation theory, and cultural dimensions of theory as the theoretical basis of this paper. Then it analyzes the current status and issues of knowledge workers in GY Electronic Co., LTD. Again, it takes deep research to the knowledge workers of GY Electronics Co., Ltd, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problems. Finally, through the summary of the paper, it leads to the thinking of knowledge worker management in small Taiwan-funded enterprises, and makes general elaboration for the main research and the research results of this paper.
