With the rapid development of high-technology industry across the world, venture capital has gradually grown to be a very important"accelerator"role in economic life to optimize resource allocation, upgrade industry structure and transfer technologic achievements into productivity. Whether the venture capital can be properly and effectively used has become a key factor for social economic development. In developed countries and territories, venture capital has pushed greatly for the development of high technology. America is one of the most successful and typical countries to develop its venture capital. It does not only build technology giants like Microsoft and Intel, but also promotes prosperity of American economy. With the integrity of globe economy, venture capital has been no longer limited within developed America; It has been expanded in emerging markets like China and India. However, due to several restrained factors, venture capital has not been developed so well during initial stage. Base on this, this article at first gave a brief introduction to the present situation of venture capital in China, then on the ground of comparisons with America venture capital market, we tried to explore a the most suitable method for China to develop its venture capital market.
