Cosco Crew Labor Groups, Development Of Strategic Research

This article analyzed the current status of Chinese labor industry and COSCO crew supplying business on the basis of the changes and reforms happened in Chinese economy and labor industry. Through analysis, some deep-seated problems existed in labor industry and COSCO crew supplying business, especially some key problems relevant to system and mechanism, were found out, such as overlapped department, superabundant personnel, repeated construction, resource waste and low profit. In order to solve these problems, to help COSCO crew supplying business consolidate her leading position in China and cultivate her ability to participate in the international competition, this article put forward the proposal of group business of COSCO crew supplying.
