| With economic globalizing and finance liberalizing, two-important-mainstay of Financial Industry--Bank and Insurance have been amalgamating in their operation and the bancassurance has come into being, as bank products and insurance products combining together, bank business and insurance business also being, so bancassurance came into being. Bancassurance originated in Europe whose bancassruance is the most developed in the world. Bancassurance in our country developed drastically in the end of 1990's, but it is still the best primary mode called distribution agreement and strategy alliance. And recently bancassurance developed slowly with bottle-neck. Now we have entered WTO, with finance market continually being open to abroad, domestic financial market is facing tremendous challenges. So increasing the development of bancassurance has quite important operation significance. With such backdrop, I investigate the subject that which mode we choose is better for developing our bancassurance. Analyzing the economic theoretics of bancassruance, using of reference the experience of foreigns, at the base of analyzing the our circumstance, I bring forward my suggestion that we should choose the mode of financial holding company. At last, I give some suggestions for bank that how to match such changes. The first part is definitions and theoretics of bancassuance. The second part intrduces introduces the experience of foreign bancassruance mode with the example of France, America and Hongkong, gets the summary of four modes from risk side and compares their advantage and disadvantage, then analyses the influencing factors. The third part introduces the history of our bancassurance, analyzing the influencing factors which will decide our mode. The last part brings forward suggestion that we should choose the mode of financial holding company currently and how to establish it, then analysed the advantage of the mode, at last gave some lime lights for banks and supervision institution。... |
