Shougang Financing Strategic Research

This paper focused on the Financing strategy of state-owned large sized enterprise ---Shou Gang Group. With the increasingly growth of the capital requirement and in accordance with the long term plan of industrial internationalization, it's natural that Shou Gang Group must take on strategic financing. After going through the initial stage of simple financing mode, and then reiterative mode optimization, Shou Gang Group has now formed multiple financing strategies which mainly based on liability financing, with harmonization of equity financing and liability financing as alternative. Risk control is the core of financing management, and financing management is the basis of financing strategy. The study of the financing strategy of Shou Gang Group should make it realized on the choice of financing strategy mode and risk control.
