In recent years, China’s security industry developed rapidly, and the financial risk of the insurance industry is also affected as the folk credit crunch and the influence of the financial markets. Since 2011, the compensatory rate of the guarantee program was on the rise. The research of risk management in China started in 1980, until now our guarantees for risk management is still in its infancy. As a high-risk business, the risk control of the security company is an eternal topic. The guarantee practitioners must control and improve risk management by risk identification, risk assessment, risk monitoring and a series of activities.This paper is aim at that problem. The main object of research is the case of TF Group secured loans. TF Group Company was cooperation with our company many years ago, the group company is in the rapid development period. The corresponding financial risk is difficult to control as a huge internal management, multi-industry level, the amount of money demand. The security company made a series of in-depth analysis of the company. And on the basis of risk control management, the security company made detailed discussion and research about internal and external factors of risk management and control.The main contents are as below:Firstly, the risk management methods of guarantee projectAccording to the working principle, work processes and work experience of the security company, the discussion interviews are set for the financing, guarantees enterprise.The data which is collected and verified are analyzed statistically. Then the measures of the risk identification, assessment and counter-guarantee for funds are established to track and regulate the related risks.Secondly, risk assessment and control on the financing loan guarantee.This is also the focus of the paper. The TF Group secured financing is as the example. Since the customer is a cross-operating corporate, and the corporate has the sunset industry and the sunrise industry, there are multi-affiliates, more complex regional operations of the Corporation. Through several on-site investigations, verification and the huge financial data classification analysis, a comprehensive and objective evaluation are made according to the internal TF Group conducted.The assessment is formed combined with the current internal and external environment and financial knowledge. The key risks are identified, and it is adopted that the risk avoidance measures and a series of risk control process.Thirdly, risk assessment and control on the non economic factors.According to the TF Group analysis, relevant experience and integration of the political, moral as risk assessment, it is concerned that government’s support of the TF Group company.The comprehensive risk assessment analysis is made for the personal credit of the Group’s actual control person. Using large amounts of data tables, the financial risk controlling method of non-economic factors are summarized, and those are reference for the industry and stakeholders.
