Design And Implementation Of Urban Cadastral Management System Based On ArcEngine

Town cadastral management is the core business of the land management. Along with the development of economic reform, laws and regulations of land management continue to improve, the rapid development of urban construction, and land ownership changes have become very frequent. To build an efficient town cadastral management information system is an important task for town cadastral management. On the basis of analyzing the related technology of town cadastral management, the system's requirements, the overall framework and functional modules for the system is designed. Then, using the Geodatabase data model establishes the town cadastral database, and with the ArcSDE, realizes the target of storage and unified management of spatial and attributes data in Oracle10g. Finally, realizes the system with ArcEngine, ArcSDE, Oracle10g, ADO.NET, C# programming language. The main research content of the thesis is depicted as follows:(1) Represent features and advantages of ArcEngine technology, ArcSDE spatial database engine, and relational database technologies. According to the characteristics and system requirements of cadastral system, design the overall framework of the system and functional modules.(2) Design cadastral data model and establish the cadastral spatial database, achieve the combination of the spatial data and attribute data. Focus on hierarchical spatial data and organization based on the Geodatabase data model, and use ArcSDE database engine to realize the target of storage and unified management of spatial and attributes data in Oracle10g.(3) According to the overall framework of the system and cadastral database model, and using ArcEngine component to development Cadastral Management Information System. The system achieve data entry, data editing, parcel to change, parcel back to historical inquiry, parcel buffer and the output of parcel maps.
