Methodology of Science and Technology is the general approach of the theory in scientific and technical research, its essence belongs to the scope of knowledge and thinking. Through the research in Methodology of Science and Technology can deep the understanding of the process of scientific and technological research, and get the understanding about general awareness of the law in scientific research and technological research, so the study of Methodology of Science and Technology is an important component in Philosophy of Science and Technology. Methodology of Science and Technology can inspire science and technical personnel grasp the nature of the specific methods of science and technology, learning it is an important way to improve scientific and technological personnel's scientific literacy. With the impact of technology on society, the study of Methodology of Science and Technology is becoming more and more important. This article has attempted to do some researches on Methodology of Science and Technology of China to get the dynamics of the issue and to help the academic community have a better understanding of the past, the status, and key point of China's methodology of scientific and technological research, this study has a certain theoretical and practical significance to study of Methodology of Science and Technology and improve the technical personnel's research level.This paper studies the three core professional journals in the field of Philosophy of Science and Technology in china:"the Report of Natural Dialectics," "the Research of Natural Dialectics " and "Science, Technology and Dialectics." This Paper based on the scientific quantitative analysis, content and quantity comparison of the three journals. It tries to demonstrate the inherent evolution of Methodology of Science and Technology. This paper has got the following conclusions:(1) the characteristics of every decade.In 1980s, Methodology of Science and Technology research was very brilliant, the number of methodological articles is very large, but the 1980s'study is just opened a new way to promote the significance of the new research. The number of 1990s' articles showed a downward trend, but the quality was quite high. The complexity study emerged in the 1990s.The method of information theory, cybernetics, systems theory, dissipative structures, catastrophe theory, chaos, ecology and other disciplines of philosophy and integrated studies have gradually deepened, and achieved remarkable results. It's the multi-disciplinary integration phase from2000 to now. This era, the studies of biology, cognitive science, social sciences, culture studies and other scientific disciplines has got more attention. Scientific model, scientific descriptions and Scientific Realism and other traditional issues also reflect the latest developments.(2)According to the statistical analysis on fund paper and the quotation, it found that the citations volume has increased year by year,that illustrates our study of methodology of science and technology is becoming more and more important, the papers are more and more innovative. (3) This paper has also analysis the authors.and found that the authors pay more and more attention to the relevant units and effective use of resources, but the group co-operation was less.China's Methodology of Science and Technology research's phases and trends are summarized and the disparity of domestic and overseas technical methodology research is compared in empirical analysis foundation, this provides a certain reference value for the preparation of the research history of China's Methodology of Science and Technology, but also predicts the future trends of the research of Methodology of Science and Technology.
