The sea cucumber seed breeding base is located in Dalian Economic and Technological Development Zone, Lijia Town, along the southeast coast, and it is the coastal city of mountain landscapes within the National Nature Reserve. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Agricultural Total letter [2002] Document No.91, it has approved the construction of China's only national japonicas'breeding center.No matter how to classify the types of nature reserves , the general demand is based on protection, and without the need, we can combine scientific research, education, manufacturing, tourism and other activities together, and then it's ecological, social and economic benefits are fully displayed.The total area of Dalian coastal city of mountain landscapes national nature reserve is 1350hectares, of which the land area is 600hectares, the sea area is 750hectares, the core area is 210hectares, the buffer area is 80hectares, as well as an experiment area is 1060hectares. On the 15km-long stretch of coastline and this is studded with hundreds of chimney rocks and marine cave. And in the south coast of the protection area, lays the most concentrated and most spectacular karst landform, where is full of contiguous rocks and numerous landscape, which is formed by the sea stacks and the stone forest is in different shapes, such as wall bunkers, or classical gardens. And the hard rock at shore, which is formed by the sea water, form strange sea caves, sea bridge, sea cliffs and so on.
