The Design And Implementation Of Seawater Quality Evaluation System

The quality evaluation work of seawater is a compound analysis process that calculate comprehensively,assess the quality condition of the seawater,according to the current national water quality standards and adopt the appropriate evaluation method.It is a dispose process that judge the level of seawater's each element in essence.This research to develop the seawater quality evaluation system for National oceanic environment monitoring center.The system according to《The People's Republic of China National standards Seawater Quality Standards(GB 3097-1997)》,Use the multi-source water quality data comprehensively which is obtained from implementing Marine environment surveillance and monitoring scheme,Using single factor evaluation method and the spatial interpolation algorithm etc, evaluate the seawater environment quality conditions of the maritime space objectively. This research ues SuperMap Objects as GIS platform,Oracle DataBase 10g Express Edition (XE version) as database platform,C# as develop tool,accomplish the system's design and development.The system realizes the single station evaluation,It including single element evaluation and station's comprehensive evaluation,On the basis of the single station evaluation,the system realizes the Marine pollution Spatial distribution evaluation and Marine pollution statistics.The output result of single station evaluation contains single element evaluation result chart,comprehensive evaluation result chart,single factor exceeding statistics result chart,original dataset,spatial dataset. The output result of Marine pollution Spatial distribution evaluation contains single element raster dataset,single element vector dataset,comprehensive vector dataset and statistics result chart four parts,meet the users'special needs in seawater quality evaluation,improve the automation,standardization and work efficiency level of the quality evaluation work of seawater.Using the spatial information technology of Geographic Information System ,provide a convenient and effective working platform for the seawater quality evaluation.
