In recent years, with the social development and population growth, biological pollution of rivers is growing.By drinking and exposure to water contaminated with the pathogen has caused outbreaks of infectious diseases, on human health and pose a threat to social stability. Now, departments begun to investigate the pollution of rivers, but the study focused on chemical pollutants, such as phenol, cyanide, arsenic and mercury. Lack of about bacteriological investigation of the river.To understand the bacterial contamination situation in Songliao river, for this river pollution control and disease prevention and control as to provide theoretical guidance and scientific basis. In 2010 wet season and dry season, six rivers of Songliao river begun to investigate the bacteriological pollution,then according to the results of water pollution and the use of functional, complete evaluation. In addition, combined with the survey results of indicator bacteria and pathogenic bacteria, evaluation indicative of fecal contamination indicator bacteria, evaluation indicative of pathogenic bacteria indicator bacteria, to lay the foundation for further investigation.Objective1. By preliminary, Enterococcus can be used as intestinal pathogenic bacteria indicate bacteria.
