With the rapid economic development and the acceleration of industrialization process, more and more toxic substances enter into environment, which make water pollution of eutrophication a serious problem.。Which has led to great harm to the world. Water Eutrophication is a serious environment problem in the world. The major factors causing water eutrophication include load of nitrogen and phosphors. Many researches have proved that using some large plants to remove nitrogen and phosphorus is an effective way to treat, adjust and control the eutrophication.China is a large agricultural country, there are 80% straw produce of waste to be burned each year in china. While when this experiment in dealing with the nitrogen eutrophication of water, that used of corn stalks of agricultural.waste is processed activated carbon instead of straw carbon. Straw carbon used their own advantages of carbonization process, easy to operate, lower prices and so on that instead of expensive traditional activated carbon, is a good effect and an important aspect of cost reduction. While used of aluminum sulfate to absorb the phosphorus in eutrophic water is the emerging flocculant, at the same time aluminum sulfate is the most common flocculants in the world.In order to solve the problem of eutrophication in China, The test use of straw carbon and aluminum sulfate to remove nitrogen and phosphorus in eutrophic water, the nitrogen and phosphorus in water are be effectively removed. In this paper, according to Jilin Agricultural occurrence of eutrophicstion and features, utilization laboratory simulation method has been studied eutrophic water, the study involved main parameters including TP,TN,DO,CCC,pH,SS. The effect of the dosage of aluminum sulfate, the dosage of straw carbon, pH, shaking time,temperature disturbance and other conditions of different environmental factors on the adsorption effect. According to analysis that the factors and aluminum sulfate adsorption of phosphorus, adsorption changes sensitive on different pH, shaking time and temperature, these factors are not independent but interact. This paper is for to resolve the problem of eutrtophication offer a basic reference in China. the results show that:(1) At room temperature, adding a certain amount of straw carbon and aluminum sulfate into the water samples, adjust the appropriate shaking time and temperature, to determine when the pH was 7, the best straw carbon and aluminum sulfate dosage was 0.2 mg/L, adsorption is the best.(2) Straw carbon and aluminum sulfate on the adsorption of nitrogen and phosphorus experienced rapid adsorption, equilibrium adsorption and slow adsorption three stages. (3) The test results showed that the adsorption of water, straw carbon on the adsorption capacity of eutrophic water can be 60% or more. At the best temperature, shaking time, smaller particle size of straw conditions such as carbon, the adsorption capacity can reach 80% or more.(4) The test results showed that the adsorption of water, aluminum sulfate on the adsorption capacity of eutrophic water can be 60% or more. At the best temperature, shaking time, smaller particle size of straw conditions such as carbon, the adsorption capacity can reach 80% or more.(5)The laboratory simulation test show that the rain has diluted the role of nutrients in water. We can be concluded that:after the heavy rain, pH value decreased; increase the weight of suspended solids; COD value is reduced; the place in the growing plants DO decreased, and no plants of the local DO value increased; phosphorus content, nitrogen content decreased.(6) Removal of water of different environmental factors on the impact of nitrogen results show that pH, temperature, dissolved oxygen, microorganisms, aluminum sulfate, disturbance and straw have different sizes of the straw carbon are affect removal of nitrogen.(7) Due to treatment phosphorus in waste water needs of adding aluminum sulfate, tracking and monitoring sulfate and aluminum ions content. The value of sulfate measured was2.65 mg/L, the value of aluminum ions was.0.23 mg/L. They are in line with the national emission standards and will not cause secondary pollution.
