| Based on energy-saving of mechanical production systems, energy-saving of mechanical systems is aiming at surface equipment of mechanical recovery systems, downhole tools and technologies. New technologies and advanced management methods are adopted to reduce energy loss of oil wells and realize the aims of energy-saving, loss and cost-reducing and efficiency-improving. With further development in oilfield, energy losses and costs of oil production are increasing yearly and severely affect further improvement of development benefits. At the same time, due to increase of energy losses, CO2 release increases. The influence of CO2-release in global environment is not negligible. Based on innovations and scientific and research of mechanical recovery systems, a series of technical evolution of restricting energy-saving of mechanical recovery systems have been studied and solved. Obvious benefits of onsite application have been achieved. It provides technical support and measure guarantee for energy-saving of mechanical recovery systems.According to energy-saving analysis on lifting systems of pumping units, analysis diagnosis, parameter optimization, according technical innovation, onsite application and performance tracking, integrated and comprehensive technical innovations of energy-saving studies have been demonstrated in detail. Obvious benefits have achieved according to promotion and application. System efficiency increases by 4.3%. Energy saving is 70 million kw and economic benefit is 40 million yuan. |
