Coking is a material conversion process of high temperature carbonization of coal,which produce coke, gas, tar, crude benzene,etc,and release heat and waste. The mainrole of the recovery system is purifying coke oven gas and recycling chemicals, recoverysystem involves the condensation and separation process, which need to consume energyand produce waste gas, waste water and solid waste. Currently coking recycling systemmainly adopts the process under positive pressure in which the blower is in front of theprocess of recovery, which has the shortcomings of energy flow disorder, long processand serious pollution.Aiming at the problems in the current system of coking recovery system andcombining with knowledge Process Engineering and the latest progress of technology,this thesis proposes the process of ordering energy flow for coking recovery system,which integrated new technologies, such as vacuum distillation of crude benzol andvacuum distillation ammonia with flue gas. This process fundamentally solve theproblems of high energy consumption and high pollution in coking recovery system.Energy flow ordering process can greatly reduce the energy consumption, thecomprehensive energy consumption of coking recycling process can reduce20.8%; therecovery process can prevent leakage of air pollutants under negative pressure, airpollutants emission reduction is up to99.0%. Using new technologies can reduce the useinferior energy carriers-water vapor, reduce the discharge of wastewater, the wastewateremissions can reduce21.8%. Refer to characteristics of petrochemical industry layout,optimizing the pilot plan and transportation of coking recycle system, which reducespower consumption and saves land resources. To study the possible problems in theoperation of the energy flow ordering process, and to assess its impact and analyze thefeasibility of practical application, the conclusion is the energy flow ordering process canbe used in the coking recycle system completely.
